To meet our customers' specific support and maintenance needs throughout the life cycle of their Tectia products, we provide a variety of Tectia Support Services.

Tectia Support Centers are staffed with highly skilled support engineers who offer their expertise and specialist knowledge of communications security in general and Tectia products in particular.
Direct access to the R&D resources of the original developers of the Secure Shell protocol ensures a prompt response also to support requests that require development interaction.

Tectia offers three different levels of Tectia Support Services to match the specific needs of organizations deploying and implementing the Tectia security software solutions.
